The first of our two visits to Aston Martin Works at Newport Pagnell was enjoyed by 17 SEECCC members. “The best visit I have ever been on” was one comment. During our personal tour by AM Works President, Paul Spiers, we saw the modern and heritage workshops, the trimming and panel shops, the paint bay and so much more – ending with a demonstration of the gadgets on a Goldfinger DB5. Paul kept us entertained with his wealth of knowledge on all things Aston with some entertaining anecdotes and a fascinating insight into the workings of the Newport Pagnell site.
