Recent Events 2025

We’ve had an entertaining few months, enjoying the better weather and the delights of the SEECCC calendar. We have held a variety of different events, from fairly relaxed Sunday morning brunch meets to our very popular annual run which attracted an impressive line-up of 50+ cars. Casual and easy-going, our monthly weekend meets have been held in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Lincolnshire (the more local ones are often Baytree or Waterside) and the first this year,  back in March, saw more than 50 members throw off the dust sheets and enjoy the Spring sunshine. Whether you want a cuppa or a ‘Full English’, everyone’s welcome. Another popular event was our return to New Lodge Farm in glorious Rockingham Forest for the ‘Bulwick Bacon Bap Run’.

Regular midweek evening drives see us covering an easy 20-25 miles and often finish with the option of supper at a country pub. In July we headed off from Spalding on a rather scenic route, through villages and hamlets to a very convivial Sunday lunch in Ufford and another saw us take in the delights of Woolsthorpe by Belvoir. Rest assured you do not need to map read or have a navigator on board, we’re a friendly bunch and there’s always someone to follow. It’s not all about driving miles and eating out; later this month we will gather at one of our local haunts, The Chequers in Weston, for a simple ‘natter ‘n’ noggin’, although food is available for those wishing to dine.  Or there’s also the option of an evening run to The Six Bells at Witham on the Hill. During the better weather, we will also support a couple of nearby classic vehicle shows. We were flying the club flags and putting on a display at Boston this month and we’re off to Sleaford in September.
